I have been visiting the Dentist of Mill Creek for four years now, and I have not had a bad experience yet! The Operations Manager, Blair, is absolutely the best! When I first started coming to this office, her presence and welcoming smile made me feel safe and relaxed, which is important since going to the dentist can be a bit scary. I have had both general teeth cleanings and deep cleanings with all of the doctors at this office, and they are all gentle and professional. The entire staff and dental assistants are very gentle and welcoming as well. I have recommended this dental office to many of my family and friends because of how great it is! Thank you, Dentist of Mill Creek, for always making me feel comfortable and welcomed!

New patient here. My anxiety and irrational fear of the dentist were non existent at this office! They were so kind and understanding and patient with me. And made me laugh and i got a goodie bag, which i love! Loved my experience!

I was very comfortable with Dr. Shin which is major because I haven’t had regular visits to a dentist. I appreciated his compassionate way of delivering some sensitive news about how to get back on track with my dental care. Also, my dental hygienist was very pleasant and personable. I don’t recall her name but she is a Latina lady. Edit: I’ve been seeing Dr. Shin for three years. Recently, I’ve noticed that as I’ve aged, a large gap has opened on my lower bottom row. For some reason, I thought my only option was to remove the front four teeth in the row and get a bridge. So, I set an appointment with Dr. Shin. I told him what I planned to do and he politely said,“I don’t believe that’s the best idea. My suggestion for you is to get braces to close the gap.” Then, he proceeded to explain that the reason why he’s not closing it with a method like bonding is because it would look unnatural. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to suggest the best course of action for me instead only being concerned with making money. He’s a great dentist that cares about his patients. Also, the front desk lady, Blair, is wonderful & knowledgeable. She’s always willing to answer my long-winded questions about billing and insurance coverage. Overall, I continue to have a pleasant experience even though I’ve historically dreaded having dental work done.
